Purnota Dutta Bahl: Founder & CEO
In her latest stint she was heading Marketing for India’s largest Matrimonial Service. A role she thoroughly enjoyed for changing millions to lives with sheer power of innovation, creativity and technology.
Purnota completed her MBA from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad with dual specialization in Marketing and Strategy. While at Business School, she was the President of Women in Business club that strived to celebrate and empower women to advance in their future careers. Currently on a brief Sabbatical she has been keen to contribute to underprivileged kids in need of medical aid has founded the Cuddles Foundation.
Shilpa Bhagat, is a finance MBA from the SCMHRD School of Business, Pune. She started her career as a corporate banker at HDFC Bank; Mumbai. She also completed her second degree in child education at MMI, Singapore; post which she has been successfully running a children education program titled “Globetrotters”. She is married to Karan Bhagat who being an MBA from IIM Bangalore currently is the CEO of IIFL Private Wealth. They have two children and currently reside in Mumbai.
Neeraj is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 17 years of experience. He started his career with erstwhile Arthur Andersen and then with Ernst & Young before he started his own practice. He has developed expertise in practice domains ranging from Auditing, Income-tax, Service tax to FEMA. His specialization is International tax and transfer pricing. He has advised and represented leading multinational and transnational players on various complex issues at different forums.
He also has to his credit, significant experience in undertaking company analysis for growth prospects, developing strategies for mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures as well as forecasting future growth and revenue trends for major players in different sectors. He has demonstrated his proficiency in developing suitable business solutions for clients and providing value added advisory services.
Nitasha did her post graduation (PGDPC) from MICA, and has been working in the field of Media and Marketing Communications for over 16 years. Her last assignment was with Tata Teleservices, where she was heading Media Services. She is based out of Mumbai. She has been involved with Cuddles since its inception, and works directly with the CEO to assist in fundraising ventures.
